Acta Naturalia Islandica

Acta Naturalia Islandica was a monograph series dedicated to Icelandic natural history, publishing articles in foreign languages, primarily English. Each issue contained a single article. The series provided a platform for scholars, both Icelandic and international, to publish papers that were too lengthy for standard journals.

Publication began in 1946 and was irregular. The series was discontinued in 1995.
